Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Merumuskan instrumen penilaian sikap berpikir kritis model Self Assessment . (2) Menyusun validitas dan instrumen penilaian sikap berpikir kritis model Self Assessment . (3) Mendeskripsikan hasil instrumen penilaian sikap berpikir kritis model Self Assessment . (4) Mengukur efektivitas instrumen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan terdiri atas (1)penelitian dan menghimpun data, (2)membuat rancangan, (3)rancangan pengembangan produk, (4)uji percobaan lapangan, (5)penyempurnaan produk awal, (6)uji percobaan lapangan, (7)melengkapi produk hasil uji percobaan lapangan, (8)uji penerapan lapangan, (9)pelengkapan produk akhir, dan (10)sosialisasi dan penerapan. Uji validitas isi menggunakan indeks Aiken sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbanch Alpha. Responden untuk uji terbatas sebanyak 56 siswa, responden uji coba diperluas sebanyak 200 siswa, serta responden uji penerapan sebanyak 77 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1)instrumen penilaian sikap berpikir kritis model Self Assessment dengan 25 butir pernyataan; 2)Format penilaian berupa angket dengan memodifikasi skala Likert; 3) Kualitas instrumen dengan V Aiken 0,92 kategori "tinggi" dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,936 kategori "tinggi"; 4) hasil penerapan 19% masuk dalam kategori "sangat baik"; 33% masuk dalam kategori "baik"; 34% masuk dalam kategori "cukup"; dan 14% masuk dalam kategori "kurang".
Abstract: The objectives of this research are (1)Formulate an instrument for assessing critical thinking attitudes using the Self Assessment model. (2)Develop validity and critical thinking attitude assessment instruments for the Self Assessment model. (3)Describe the results of the critical thinking attitude assessment instrument using the Self Assessment model. (4)Measuring the effectiveness of instrument. This research is research and development consisting of (1)research and collecting data, (2)creating a design, (3)product development design, (4)field trial testing, (5)initial product refinement, (6)field trial testing, (7)completing the product resulting from field trials, (8)field application testing, (9)completing the final product, and (10)socialization and implementation. The content validity test uses the Aiken index while the reliability test uses Cronbanch Alpha. Respondents for the limited test were 56 students, respondents for the expanded trial were 200 students, and respondents for the implementation test were 77 students. The results of this research are 1) an instrument for assessing critical thinking attitudes, the Self-assessment model with 25 statement items; 2) The assessment format is a questionnaire with a modified Likert scale; 3) Instrument quality with V Aiken 0.92 in the "high" category and reliability of 0.936 in the "high" category; 4) 19% implementation results are in the "very good" category; 33% fell into the "good" category; 34% fell into the "fair" category; and 14% fell into the "less" category.
