Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keefektifan kombinasi physiotherapy, occupatonal therapy, dan speech therapy pada anak dengan gangguan motorik, bahasa, dan sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan evaluation research dengan pendekatan contex, inputs, proces, dan product. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan concurrent triangulation designs atau integrative design yang dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif secara terpadu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perkembangan yang positif pada anak dengan gangguan motorik, bahasa, dan sosial setelah mengikuti kombinasi physiotherapy, occupatonal therapy, dan speech therapy. Anak yang mengalami gangguan motorik, bahasa, dan sosial paling bnayak adalah down syndrom. Stimulus kombinasi therapy dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar sebesar 10,42%, meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus sebesar 13,54%, meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa sebesar 7,99%, dan meningkatkan kemampuan sosial sebesar 8,33%.

Abstract
This research aims to find out the effectiveness of the combination of physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy in children with impaired language and social, motor skills. This research is evaluation research using the context, input, process, and product approach was. The research design used the concurrent triangulation design or the integrative design which was meant to get integrative qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the research show there is a positive development in children with impaired language, and social motor skills after following the combination of the physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Most of them suffter from down syndrom. The stimulus combination of therapy can improve the ability of the rugged motor 10.42%, improve fine motor ability by 13.54%, increase the language skills by 7.99%, and improve the social skills by 8.33%.
