Pengaruh metode latihan dan kelincahan terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola

Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh metode latihan plyometrics hurdle hops dan multiple box jump up-down terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola, (2) pengaruh kelincahan tinggi dan kelincahan rendah terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan kelincahan terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2, menggunakan tes awal dan tes akhir dengan dua kelompok yang diberi perlakuan berbeda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 44  pemain Sekolah Sepakbola Bambanglipuro dan pemain Sekolah Sepakbola Argodadi kelompok umur 17 tahun. Sampel penelitian adalah 24 atlet yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah Illinois Agylity Test dan Standing Long Jump Test. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan ANAVA pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov Test dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan uji homogenitas varians Levene Test pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh metode latihan plyometrics hurdle hops dan multiple box jump up-down terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola, yang terbukti dari nilai p = 0,00 < 0,05, (2) terdapat pengaruh kelincahan tinggi dan kelincahan rendah terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola,  yang terbukti dari nilai p = 0,00 < 0,05, (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan dan kelincahan terhadap peningkatan power pemain sekolah sekolah sepakbola, yang terbukti dari nilai p = 0,167 > 0,05.

 

The effect of training method and agility on the power of player football school

 

Abstract

This study aims to reveal: (1) the effect training methods of plyometrics hurdle hops and plyometrics multiple box jump up-down on the power improvement football school players, (2) the effect of high and low agility on the power improvement football school players, and (3) the interaction between training methods and agility on the power of football school players. This study was an experimental study with a 2 x 2 factorial design, using the initial test and final test. The two groups were treated differently. The population was 44 players of Football Schools Bambanglipuro and Argodadi under 17 teams. A sample of 24 players was established using the purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using tests and the measurements performed before and after treatment. The instruments used in this study were the Illinois Agility Test and Standing Long Jump Test. The data were analyzed using the ANOVA at the significance level of 5%. The prerequisite test data analysis used the normality tests of  Kolmogorov Smirnov Test at the significance level of 5% and the homogeneity of variance test used the Levene Test at the significance level of 5%. The results are as follows (1) there is a significant effect training methods of plyometrics hurdle hops and plyometrics multiple box jump up-down on the power improvement football school players, as shown by the p-value of = 0.00 > 0.05, (2) there is a significant effect high and low agility on the power improvement football school players, as shown by the value of p = 0.00 < 0.05, (3) there is no interaction between training methods and agility on the power of football school players, as shown by the value of p = 0.167 > 0.05.
