Sepakbola is a peer-reviewed journal. The publication's mission is to advance the theoretical knowledge, methodological approaches, and professional practice associated with football and futsal. The journal aims to publish meaningful articles on sports medicine, science, and social issues related to all football codes.
In addition to original research, review articles, clinical case studies, and short communications/technical reports are considered. The Journal will interest the growing numbers of academic researchers, students, clinicians, and applied practitioners in football-related organizations worldwide.
Topic areas include football and futsal, coaching, performance analysis, medicine, physiology, nutrition, psychology, management, history, cultural studies, sports medicine, epidemiology, prevention, rehabilitation, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, training and testing, and sports psychology. Manuscripts from social sciences are only considered when dealing with aspects very close to these fields.
